Friday, June 1 is V Day. I have to admit I am very scared and reluctant. Not because of pain or the permanence, but because of potential side effects. So do I become a blathering idiot who does pushups in the bathrooms of restaurants or use condoms for the rest of my life (which I hate)?

Sorry for the lack of posting activity. I was in San Jose last week. Here I am at the San Jose Giants vs. the Modesto Nuts game with my good friend Gigante. The Brew Batter is a feature that the Whitecaps really should add. Here is a description from Wikipedia: "Another unique feature of San Jose Giants games is the "beer batter". A batter from the opposing team is designated the "beer batter". Angst and Ennui

Yesterday, we got two new kittens for Aaron and Sophia. Aaron has been asking for a new cat for a long time (since the death of Skye). When he saw them he said "I'm so happy I'm going to cry." The are 8 weeks old and siblings. The male is a grey tiger and the female is tan and brown.

I need some help in names. Aaron is lobbying for "Treasure" and "Special" which I am not too fond of. My current top choices are "Angst" and "Ennui." So please comment with your suggestions or I may end up with "Special Angst."

Tulip Time

Tulip Time fills me with love. I love klompen dancing. I love Bruce Hornsby and Brian Vander Ark, and Bobby Vinton. I love the traffic and buses full of old people. But most of all, I love the tulips.
