Cyberdog 2.0

Ok, please explain to me why Apple needs to make Safari for Windows (or even Mac for that matter). There is already a perfectly fine browser for Windows (Firefox) and for Mac (Camino, yes I said Camino Kirt). I mean iTunes for both platforms makes perfect sense (great program and needed for iPod integration). Is there something to do with the iPhone here? Just tell me if there is because I don't feel like watching a bunch of QuickTime demos on Apple's site. And if that is why, just use a modified version of the Firefox code base. Oh that's right, Steve hates open source but he loves the Firefox...

Two words iPhone... ok it is one word but it seems like two to me. It seems to be a development platform now.

If RSJ hates open source, why is Safari based on Konquerer?

I am germinating something to push the copter out of your way.

Konqueror sucks and Safari is not 100% open source.
