I ran my first 5K this morning. The Patriot's Race in Grand Haven. Here I am totally kicking Dug's ass. I came in at 28:49 and he was way behind at 28:50. The girl behind us was wearing a Grand Haven Cross County t-shirt, so it was enjoyable passing her. Cory finished in about 15 minutes of course. I also had a nice conversation in the woods section of the course with a couple of 10 year olds about what we should do if wolves chase us.

Patriot's Race
I ran my first 5K this morning. The Patriot's Race in Grand Haven. Here I am totally kicking Dug's ass. I came in at 28:49 and he was way behind at 28:50.
